Mr. Kiet Vutha has been the CEO of Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc. since June 20216. He completed a Master Degree of Business Administration in Finance Management at the Royal University of Law and Economics and a bachelor Degree of English in Business Communication at Norton University in 2018. He has been his career in the banking industry for more than 13 years covering many aspects in different departments from Credit Officer to Budgeting and Control Unit Officer at Acleda Bank Plc. His role as a Managerial Accounting Unit Manager at Prasac Microfinance Institution Plc. led him to Ly Hour Microfinance Institution Plc. as the Chief Operation Officer for the project of Ly Hour Leasing Plc. in 2014. With his many experiences in financial sector, he also joined Hong Leong Bank Plc. as the Finance Manager as his last position before joining Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc.

Mr. Chettana is a Cambodian and born on January 1st, 1968. He earned a Master’s Degree major in Finance and Banking from Build Bright University in 2011, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree major in Finance and Banking from the Build Bright University in 2007. He has also attended many training courses which are related to microfinance sector and general education. He has more than 15 years of experience with banking and finance. In 1998, he started as an Assistant of Finance Manager in SEILANITHIH Microfinance Institution and quickly became a Finance Manager until 2008. He then joined Phnom Penh Commercial Bank as an Accounting Manager for more than 4 years. He joined Cam Capital Specialized Bank Plc. for almost 1 year as an Accounting Manager. He has held a position of Head of Finance at ANAKUT Microfinance Institution Plc. since 1st September 2017.

Mr. Sovann Mony graduated and obtained a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration from the National Institution of Management in 2004, he achieved his Master Degree of Finance at the National University of Management in 2010. With more than 13 years of experience in the banking industry, Mr. Sovannmony started his first career in the banking sector in 2004 at Acleda Bank Plc. as a Micro-loan Officer and appointed to an Assistant Vice President & Assistant Manager of a Branch from 2013 to 20215 within the same institution. Afterward, he joined Kon Khmer Organization, a Credit Operator, as a Human Resource Manager and Support the Credit Manager. With a strong background and experience, Mr Sovannmony has been working hard to maintain a healthy loan scheme for ANAKUT Microfinance Institution Plc. since his joining date.

Mr. Vann Sochea was born in 1980. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Economic Development from the Royal University of Law and Economics. He has more than 13 years of working experience in Credit. From 2003 to 2016, he worked for ACLEDA Bank Plc. with various positions such as Micro Loan Officer, Small and Medium Loan Officer, Senior medium Loan Officer and he was promoted to a Sub-branch Credit Manager. Also, from 2016 to 2017, he worked for LY HOUR Leasing Plc. with the position of Credit Risk Manager. He has been working as an Operation Manager for ANAKUT Microfinance Institution Plc. since June 2017.

Mr. Chan Vannak born in 1985, joined Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc. (AMI) in November 2018 as Internal Audit Manager. He has the working experience with bank and microfinance sector for over 9 years. Before working for Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc., he worked as a Chief/Internal Audit at AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. He also worked for Kredit Microfinance Institution Plc. with various positions such as Savings Agent, Loan and Saving Officer, Kiva Coordinator and the last position was Internal Auditor. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Norton University in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting in 2009 and an Associate Degree from Banana Center in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting in 2006. Chanvannak has also participated various training courses in Cambodia related to Auditing and Taxation.

Mr. Chum Rithy was born in 1979. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from the National Institute of Business. He has 16 years of credit experience. From September 2004 to May 2008, he joined PRASAC MFI as a Credit Officer and was promoted to Branch Manager from June 2008 until 2014. From 2015 to 2018, he moved to Ly Hour Microfinance Institution as Branch Manager. In August 2021, he joined Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc as a Senior Credit Officer, and in August 2022 he was promoted to Branch Support Manager.

Mrs. Srey Pov position is a HR & Admin Manager of Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc. She was born on May 20, 1988. She also joined Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc. In December 2021. She holds a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance from Western University. Before joining Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc, She worked as a Senior Training and Recruitment Officer of Samrithisak Microfinance Limited from 2019 to 2021 and as a Training Officer of PRASAC MFI from 2015 to 2018. In addition to studying at the university, she has attended many other training courses related to training and communication.

Mr. Sok Lim was born in 1987. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Technology from the SETEC INSTITUTE. He has more than 11 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. From 2009 to 2014, he worked for one of the largest local IT service providers in the field of Server Engineering and Storage. From 2014 to 2022, he transferred his work place to Prasethpheap Finance Microfinance Institution Plc. As the Head of Information Technology. In August 2023, he moved to work with Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc as IT Manager.

Mrs. Rady is the Accounting Manager of Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc. She was born in 1985 and started working with Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc in July 2016. She holds a Bachelor degree of Accounting from the University of Management and Economics. Before joining Anakut Microfinance Institution Plc, She worked for HATTHA KAKSEKAR Microfinance Limited for 6 years from 2008 to the end of 2014. Her last position was Accounting Manager. In addition to studying at the university, she also attended many other training courses in Accounting.
